Oh Wow, I just saw this this morning, at the end of today broadcast, Joe Lizura was sitting next to Dan Plante. I said "what the ..." As Dan and Joe talked about what kind of dogs they had. Anyways, Joe hinted around that he was working with KUSI.
If memory serves, Joe Lizura comes from KNSD News, NBC Nightly News Sandiego, as a weather man. Pretty good too. Usually really upbeat and just an all around cool guy. I never knew he had left NBC.
This morning Joe seemed a little depressed or just plain old out of it. Maybe the KUSI morning news is too early for him. Well what ever it is, I'm sure he'll be a good addition to the KUSI news team. Does this mean we wont get to see as much of Renee Kohn and we have been? awe man, I hope not.

I just wanted to say, I work at KUSI and on Joe's first day, he came around and introduced himself and talked a bit. I dont know what happened with him at KNSD, but he seems like a really nice guy.
BTW Renee, is doing weekend and entertainment off and on during the week for the time being (She is a really awesome person as well)
Forget Joe Lizura, what about Rod Luck? This has-been is so tired he should retire. Domestic violence? Obviously he doesn't watch the news! Statistics show that most domestic violence incidents involve alcohol. Did you have a "few" and then felt anger and justification in popping your girlfriend in the face? Have you ever considered re-hab? Maybe, you'll look fresher in the morning going to work without a hangover!
Rod, help yourself, and all of us that have to suffer through your babblings and rants. Instead of Good Morning San Diego,it should be Good Night Rod Luck Oh ya, get over your self!
